Brief description
Sinamay is a fantastic fabric to work with, and very attractive indeed. It is light and airy and comes in a huge range of colours. Amazingly, you need only ½ a yard (1/2 metre) to create this versatile base with ‘tails’ which can be looped into curls of any size. Use two colours if you wish, then add feathers and you’ll have a fascinator hat to be seen in at the smartest places!
