  What are Ebooks?

Ebooks are electronic books that can be downloaded from the web. When you buy an ebook, you'll very quickly get a link by email. Click on this link, and downloading will start automatically. Once you've downloaded it, you can read it on-screen (they have buttons you can click to turn the pages) or you can print it out so you can read it at other times without having to have your computer with you.

How do I read an ebook?
Our ebooks can be read with the free Adobe Acrobat Reader software. Most computers already have this software, but if yours hasn't, it can be downloaded free of charge from the Adobe website. Portable Document Format (PDF - the format of documents that can be read with the Adobe Acrobat Reader) is the de facto standard for the secure and reliable distribution and exchange of electronic documents around the world, with a ten-year plus proven track record. It is a standard adopted by governments and enterprises worldwide.

I have Acrobat Reader installed but I still can't read my ebook.
The most common solution to this problem is to download the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. In order to get the full benefits of electronic books (automatic page turning and links to other websites), you need to have the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. If this doesn't solve the problem, contact us and we'll call/email and help you sort it out.
